Lore
Talvis fancies herself as the queen of all dragons. Though mostly only evil dragons actually revere her. But even if all dragons were to bow to her, she wouldn't be satisfied. For in actuality she wants to be the queen of everything. At one point in the pages of history, she actually manifested an avatar on Primordus and lead her followers on a campaign of conquest until eventually the other gods convinced Zeus to step in. The two clashed in what is now known as the swamp of no hope for days before Zeus finally struck her down with a bolt of lightning, temporarily banishing her from the mortal plane.
Since that time she has more heavily relied on the machinations of her cultists to spread her influence. Slow as the progress is, she has accepted it's not worth her personal efforts if it will prompt another god to interfere.
Her followers mostly consist of humans and kobolds, both of which view dragons as the ultimate life form. There are even rumors that recently some of her more powerful followers have been developing artifacts that are capable of corrupting the minds of good dragons.
