He is the god of guardians and is viewed as an unbreakable wall that guards against chaos.Blackdown Hold, one of the fortresses in place to defend against demonic invasion from the Red Plains, is filled with holy symbols and statues dedicated to Heimdall. Much like Heimdall guards the entrance to the world of the gods, Blackdown Hold represents a defense to the world of civilization.
