Loki's presence on Primordus is a tricky one (No pun intended). He doesn't have too much of a following but is often called upon by thieves or evil individuals who don't want to commit to one of the more dogmatic evil gods.Most followers of Loki are those who's profession involve stealth and trickery. Most commonly being assassin's and thieves who plan large heists.
